The Company deals with the acquisition and development of property. At present, a waterfront land on the Med. for joint venture and another 100 donums planned for "signature" development to begin construction in first quarter 2007. In addition, the Company is involved in acquisition & mergers of small to medium size businesses on behalf of the buyer or the seller. At present we have an excellent meat processing plant for sale and a well established local bank, which is positioned to sale controlling interest to the qualified buyer. These are just some examples of our activities.
