Description:
It is an Italian restaurant that opened the first of June 2007 and sits on a city block alone that is part of the entire purchase to me. I am wanting to add outdoor dining and there are several reasons for this. One, people enjoy outdoor dining, no other restaurant in town has it, and three, the city just passed a non smoking law that would not effect me if I was to add the outdoor dining room. I also want to install a buffet and need the equipment to do so.
