I have started an online cottage law bakery from my home but I am really wanting to start a brick and mortar. I have a building in mind but I am needing to find someone interested in investing with me. I need to find out the needs of this business as far as equipment. The town I am wanting to open this business is where I am currently employed as a waitress. This town is growing everyday with people moving in and now a lot of new businesses coming in. There is nowhere for people to purchase homemade baked goods without going to a bigger town at least 15 miles away or further. I feel the need for this business is ultimate. I also plan to add sandwiches, soups and other items at a later date. I am also looking at purchasing property at the intersection of two major highways and building on it at least a year after bakery has been opened. This property is not only at a busy intersection but it is around four miles from interstate as well as across the road from a huge major hospital.
