Description:
RG Sequoia is a small and begining company, we have put together a team able to do the renovations for our purchases and a member that will do the scouting for future purchases. It is our intention to do several of these projects every (URL removed) projected that we need financing for is an abandoned fourplex that is in the midst of several fully rented units. These units are similar to the one we wish to purchase, the outside of the building is needing cosmetic work, the interior, much more.
