Description:
Red Rose Motel is looking to expand and build a resturant/bar named "Lou's". We own the property. The motel has only been reopened 3 years but has already showned an increase in sales each year. A resturant/bar would be support by the local community and many road travelers. There is currently no place to eat out for over 30 miles.
