My family and I just purchased a 50 acre, 60 site campground right next to the Keystone Lake in rural valley, Pa. We are located 45 minutes north of Pittsburgh. The campground was operated by a retired couple who was using it as writeoff for years. It was started in the early 1970's. We have purchased the campground but in doing so some things happened which raised the price and therfore spent all of our improvement money. We have our prior home for sale but have yet to sell it. We are looking to use that money to make improvements to the park. We are looking for money to make those improvement now instead of having to wait for our house to sell. We would be using the money to put in more sites, upgrade the electrical, and build a building that will be the new office/ store/ laundry/ game room/ and our new house would be on the second floor of this building. We have a buisness plan that we used to acquire the loan which we can provide to you.
