This is a start-up company in which I would purchase equipment and product through Little Jimmy's Italian Ice company headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ. I believe they have been in business for 75 years or more. They sell food carts, kiosks, vans, etc. and product to people like myself so that we can have our own business. We can name our company whatever we want to but we must state that we feature Little Jimmy's Italian Ices. I grew up eating this product at local fairs, Swap Meets, PTA fundraisers, etc. It is an awesome product that sells itself.
They also guide you and send you listings of local events in your area that you can call or that may have called them to get yourself a spot to sell the Ices at those events. This product sells best in the summer time but many people have found that they sell well even at ice hockey tournaments. I love this product and I think I would do very well with this as a business.
