EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SBT Enterprises, LLC is owned by Oyunbold A Jones and Tugsjargal Chunag. It is a new company that was started by the two, to bring the first juice in America to contain seabuckthorn berry to the market.
Seabuckthorn berry hasn’t been introduced to the United State on a commercial scale in a ready to drink juice format. As such, SBT Enterprises’ C-Bu juice is well positioned to capitalize on this ground floor opportunity, particularly due to the fact that over the last several years, natural and organic juices sub segment of the US beverage industry has been experiencing tremendous sustained growth. When the beverage industry experienced an overall loss in sales in the double digit percentage points during 2009, the year of the recession, this segment that C-Bu will be competing in experienced a healthy 7 percent increase. Projected future growth through the year 2015 is in the double digits.
C-Bu is a delicious seabuckthorn berry juice that is both all natural and has extensive health be-nefits. Our primary target market is the baby boomers, a group that makes up a large portion of the American population at the time being, making up approximately 25 percent of the total population which is roughly 75 million. These baby boomers are C-Bu’s primary target market due to their socioeconomic status and as well as their tendency to prefer natural and organic healthy drinks.
Due to the abovementioned circumstances we strongly believe that C-Bu is about as well positioned as any brand new brand that’s being introduced could ask for. This is an extremely rare and exciting opportunity for us. However, the window of opportunity for C-Bu is shrinking fast due to the fact that seabuckthorn berry is actually starting to be introduced to the general American public. A popular TV show called “DR. Oz” for example talked about the benefits of seabuckthorn berry using a cosmetic and dietary supplement brand called Si Bu.
We started the company initially with the expectation that we had our investors ready to fund. Unfortunately, they reneged on their promises, we hadn't gotten down to the actual contracts and legalities yet, and thus far we have been essentially stranded with no funding.
