We have a unique concept for a restaurant serving Creole and Cajun dishes while showcasing fresh seafood items in the greater Jacksonville, FL area. One of the founders has over 15 years experience as a restaurant owner/manager. In fact, he created and owned a Crawdaddys in Charleston, SC for nine years. We want our customers to imagine that they're in New Orleans. Our motto is, "Where every night is Mardi Gras." In addition, we intend to provide live Zydeco music on weekends. We plan to offer not only a quality dinning experience, but a great place to "hang out." Our menu will provide classic dishes, a full service steamer/raw bar station, and we will offer beverages, as appropriate and legal. On those occasions where in house dinning isn't feasible, our takeout service will be an inviting option.
