if ALL auction-Sellers are in Compliance with ALL Federal,State and Local Business Laws.
The IRS states that if you make more than $400 a month with Ebay or any other AUCTION site, then you are considered a BUSINESS and MUST PAY TAXES.
I would be helping the Auction-Seller with their Business name,File all corporate paperwork with their Secretary of State, help them get TAXID#/EIN, Dun & Bradstreet#,Help setup thier Business Checking account and Help with thier NET 30 accoount o start the credit building process.
