Description:
I have a multipurpose Chevron Convenience store that has a deli and an outdoor straight of the grill kitchen which serves grilled bar b que, ribeyes, sirloin, and filet mignon steaks. The station is only 5 years old sitting on a 1 ½ acres on a busy corner in metropolitan Baton Rouge, LA. I also have a paradise hand wash carwash on a hooters type setting. I also offer bill payments on local and national utilities, pre-paid phone and bankcards, etc. This store has high traffic ranging from 1000-3000 customers on a weekly basis. I’m in a remodeling phase with the daily so my capital is limited I’m looking for a small investment of $50,000-75,000 investment yielding the potential investor a 35-50% profit on their investment in a 6-12 month return.
