We are an affordable housing developer in Illinois. We concentrate on markets for low to moderate income consumers who cannot afford to purchase housing at prime market prices. We provide the housing with the use of modular housing vendors. Our markets also include providing workforce housing, we are also becoming active in the Mississippi with Hurricane Katrina victims.
