ABG Field Services, LLC has been organized to capitalize on a rapidly growing and highly profitable opportunity, the management, maintenance and rehabilitation of residential real estate from the date of foreclosure until the date the property is sold to a new buyer. Our services are paid, usually on a net 30 to net 60 basis, by the foreclosing lender and/or the listing agent for the property. The market in which ABG Field Services operates has grown exponentially as a result of the current, ongoing and severe mortgage and financial crises in the United States. Profitability and sustainability for ABG Field Services can be achieved with a miniscule fraction of market share. We anticipate concentrating our efforts in four of the states with the highest numbers of foreclosures, Florida, Georgia, California and Nevada. Our gross sales is growing rapidly. If we are able to get the contract from FreddieMac or other large holder of foreclosed property, our gross sales will be in the millions very quickly.
