My company aims to purchase houses that are based directly around universities throughout the UK with the sole intent of renting them to students. Due to the increased number of students furthering their education to university levels there has been a shortage of supply of "to let" properties available. By using these properties soley for renting to the students we can add value on rent (due to the lack of competitors) and are exposed to a growing and readily available target market.
