I am a REALTOR in Victoria Texas looking for silent partner to help fund buying foreclosure and etc... to flip the houses for profit. I have done a couple on my own but need cash to buy properties straight at the auction. I would like to buy multiple houses a month to expand faster, and also create large profits. Currently I purchase 1 at a time and 12-20 thousand profit on each home. If I could buy more at once profits would be great. Home prices are rising here in TX.
