Health Ambiance has been established as a limited liability company in order to secure full limited liability for its two owners.
Our practice is incorporated in the state of Texas and contracts three licensed physical therapists who all hold degrees from programs accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, a licensed massage therapist, three exercise and dance teachers, professional lecturers of the health industry, and a small business law consultant. In addition, we will also employ a physical therapist assistant that will manage the center in the absence of the owners .
