I have an all day summer tutoring program for kids pre k through 8th grade. Students can come to enhance learning and build missing skills. Most of my students are from low income and disadvantaged neighborhoods. Their learning deficits varying and most are 4 to 2 years behind academically which leads to behavior or self esteem issues. I took coping skills as well as teach fundamental skills. I am a licensed teacher who still teaches therefore I know what students need to be successful in school and life. Because academics are a struggle I have extended my program year round. But I need more tutors and resources to be effective for all students.
