The company I wish to create and build upon is one of food service, consisting basically of a take out food service. I have long believed that a take out sandwich shop which provides the types of food and sandwiches which are popular not only here in Maine and New England but also to many in the state of Florida. The reason I believe so is because many people who live in Florida but come to Maine, and many who have lived in Maine but now live in Florida or vacation there, always come back to Maine and always bring back certain foods that are unavaible in Florida or down south. I would like to bring those types of food down there and make them available to those who enjoy this type of food on a regular basis. And I believe that those who have never had these types of foods would enjoy them as well, were they given the opportunity to try them. They are not any kind of fancy foods or meals but rather more like fast foods, consisting mostly of sandwiches, salads and perhaps expanding into other Maine and New England foods that I believe would be liked and appreciated by a wide variety of consumers. I would like to offer foods that are unavailable in Florida, especially, perhaps expanding into other southern states as well. I have a menu which I have been working on which I believe would be successful once they have been tried and accepted and I truly believe this would become a truly successful and profitable venture.
