My company was formed in 2000 to meet the requirements of a subcontract job I was on in Providence RI. I have since left that project and given the current climate in Real Estate I have a strong interest in Residential Commercial Properties and I now need to change my company's legal structure from a Sole Proprietorship to a LLC so that I can properly venture into the venue of Commercial Apartments. Part of that venture is to become a Certified Grant Consultant and / or Writer, which will in itself become a cash flow stream as well a provide capital for Real Estate investment properties.
