Jones Realty & Associates, LLC is an exclusive buyer agency owned by a husband and wife couple where we work with only buyers (home owner occupants and investors). As we are Veterans, we work hard, are dedicated, self-motivated and love real estate. We are both licensees and former REO agents from 2003-2011. It is very slow entering the market as we are not known yet. We are investor-friendly real estate licensees seeking active SFR investors with whom to partner. We are Realtors ® with access to the Georgia MLS and Georgia Association of Realtor forms. Our intent is to create a business relationship with at least 6 investors who allow us to represent them during their acquisition of SFR properties by the end of July 2013. We would like to maintain this relationship for years to come.
If, by the end of July 2013, we can not connect with SFR investors actively purchasing properties in the Atlanta, GA area, then we would like to become investors, using hard money, business capital to acquire SFR properties, rehab them and flip them. We do not rule out renting some ourselves.
