Care Renovations is a home renovation business I created last year. I remodel all parts of the home, what I can't do I sub contract out. Things are slow as with all start ups but instead of waiting for customers to call and give me business I want to create my own.
I'm looking for hard money lenders so I can invest in distressed properties in my area. It may seem risky in the current market but homes are selling around here. I'm in an area 30 min away from Philly. Philly is currently in a redevelopment stage. Those that can't afford the area look outside. My area offers affordability and proximity to Philly. Home prices range from $150K to $200K and up, depending on condition. I have a strategy and I'm confident this venture will be beneficial to who so ever wish to invest.
