Description:
This is a real estate holdings company. At the moment it only owns 6 vacant duplex lots. These constitute a field that is rented to a farmer who grows palm trees. I also rent a small portion of this property to hold two dumpsters and operate a business for 31 duplexes in the neighborhood collecting trash from these duplexes. The original purpose of the company was only to own this property. I also own 3.5 of the duplexes under my own name and 2.5 houses in other areas also under my own name. All of these properties except for the house that I live in are rented.
