Description: FooDelight is a Youtube Channel and a potential multi-million dollar restaurant project. It has great potential to build restaurants in the USA and around the world. I came to the USA in 2010 on a student visa and did my Masters's study here. After study I got a job and got H1-B visa later on and based on it I can work in the USA. After 6 years my company filed my Green card through employment and it is approved now so I can keep getting an extension after every 3 years. Currently, Green card backlog for Indian citizens in the EB-2 category is so long that it will take 80+ years to get my green card through my employer. While staying in the USA and studying, I got hands on to cooking as I need to feed my self. Now it turned out that It became my passion and I love to cook. Last year I decided to start my Youtube channel named Foodelight and I did start it. [Link: (URL removed)] But as a work visa holder in the USA, I can only work in the field in which I studied and also should not have any other source of income. So I can not start Monetization on my Youtube and earn money or through any other sources. The fastest solution is an EB-5 Investment visa, Through which I can get a conditional Green card in 2 years, and later it can be converted to a permanent Green card. Once I have the conditional Green card I don't need to work in the field in which I studied. The Investment amount is $ 900,000 + Attorney Charges and other lawyer fees that round up to 1,000,000 and it has to be gift money or money which is at risk, which I can't gather from working on my work visa. Also, Once I get the final green card through EB-5 investment, Invested money gets returned with around 10% return. So $ 900,000 + [some interest] gets back in 5 years.
