The company was activated in 2009 and in December 2009 we acquired a hotel which is strategically located for the upcoming government funded infrastructural projects. The hotel is in Croatia and it is half way between the capitol, Zagreb, and the Croatian coast-Dalmatia, the only tourist location which proved to be recession proof. It has proven profitable, earning the excess of 250,000 $ per year.
Upon the start of the government funded infrastructural projects, by our modest estimations, the yearly earnings would quadruple, as the hotel would be filled at 140% capacity for 3 years.
