well i am a photographer/graphic designer who saw a need for a children's boutique in our area. i wanted to give stay at home moms who made products a place to sell them and also where i could sell my own products. i have the location and we are already moving on with construction and have paid for some of the merchandise. I have already been using the location for photo shoots and it is large enough to continue to do so even after the opening of the boutique.
