Description:
The Emerald coast area of Florida is expanding rapidly. There is a need for a company to renovate run down housing in area's such as Niceville, Valparisso etc.
With Eglin Air Force base servicemen and women on the doorstep, there is a constant need for quality single family homes both for rent and purchase.
I require small investment to purchase homes in need of renovation.
