We are a state-licensed home and business security alarm and video surveillance provider, and are an authorized dealer for Monitronics International. We are currently profitable, but we do not have the capital to grow our business into our goal of being a major regional player in the security industry. We want to be able to take advantage of the new technology that offers our clients the ability to monitor and control their secuirty systems and cameras via the internet and smart phones. Our main financial model is in selling alarm monitoring agreements to our monitoring company on a weekly basis to create and maintain cash flow. We want to be able to keep more accounts "in-house" to build long-term equity and create an additional cash flow source. The owner/CEO was in law enforcement for fifteen years, and has over 11 years of experience in the electronic security industry. While he holds the state Alarm Qualified Manager license to be able to operate the comonay, he has hired an Operations Manager who also holds a QM license as a contigency measure, so the enterprise can continue to move forward. Our industry continues to be viable in the current economy because of the increased crime rate, anad our marketing model of offering qualifying residential clients a "free" security system in exchange for a 3-year monitoring agreement allows us to serve a wide socio-demographic range.
