My company consists of 2 Multi-unit (1 six unit, 1 duplex) Properties in which I have rehabilitated with the goal of turning them into rental properties. My ultimate goal with the funding is to finish the rehabilitation to it's capacity on both units, and then to acquire more multi-unit properties for re-sale or rental income.
