Description: Being the Philippine citizen, I own the business, but my husband, a U.S. citizen is the brains behind all of this. He has 2 years of formal training in electronics (specializing in computer electronics) and attended school at BAC in Belleville Illinois from 1986-1988. He has worked on Windows based computers for 20 years now and has come up with a configuration/anti-malware procedure that has taken off like wild fire here in the Philippines. For this, he uses no memory hogging downloads and in fact, lightens the load, thus saving space and extending the life of the unit. These are very fast perfermers and use less resources, so a computer can be built, using less expensive componnents and perform as well as a much more expensive unit, last longer and has very little risk of being attacked by any kind of malware. His computers have even been requested worldwide, but we don't have the resources to build as many as are being requested at this time and must resort to asking help from investors to help build them and promote the business for further growth. He figures that we can sell 1 share for $100.00 and is willing to part with 40 shares, or 40% of the business. He says he can guarantee a 10% return and pay out quarterly as payments come in on the rentals once a month and cash sales in between will fill in the rest of the time.
