We are a small sneaker "boutique" in Staten Island, New York with an extremely good account for very limited sneakers as well as general release footwear. We believe that we have the opportunity to grow our Company by adding new lines of extreme sporting equipment such as skate boarding, BMX and aggressive in line skating.
We would like to relocate our business and relocate very close to 1 of the 5 outdoor skateparks in New York City.
We have found a location that has a lower monthly lease with a larger retail area. We also believe that the possible location would be good for our business because of the close proximity to Staten Islands largest recreational park. There has also recently been an approval to build a state of the art track and field complex which would be approximately 1/2 mile from the location we are intersted in.
Also by being so close to the only skate park on Staten Island we would like to expand our annual revenue by adding instructional classes on skating and BMX riding.
