Description:
Suite Home LLC offers chic, luxurious, temporary accomodations located in downtown Chicago's most sought after locations. Our clientel ranges from business consultants and relocated execs travelling to Chicago for work to families and individuals visiting Chicago for pleasure. Suite Home is currently managing a portfolio of 9 units, however because demand has clearly demonstrated to exceed supply, we plan on capping out at 91 units by 2013. We are currently looking for funding and planning on beginning our first stage of growth in 2009. If you are interested in more information (including a full business plan and projections) about this amazing investment opportunity, please feel free to contact me directly through this site.
