We are a start up company looking to bring a new family fun centre to Bangkok, Thailand. The centre piece of the site will be a miniature golf course. This will be a modern "championship golf" course with natural landscaping, water features and well designed holes with contours.
With a growing interest in golf, a population of over 8 million people and no existing facilities, it's the perfect time to enter this, as yet, untapped leisure market. Our goal is to have the premier facility in South East Asia and if successful, expand to other parts of Thailand and SE Asia.
We are looking for an investment of $250,000 US for a majority equity share of the business. Our role will be to design, oversee the construction of the course, market and run the site. Funds will predominantly be used on course construction.
Our conservative sales estimates predict that this business will be profitable by the end of the 2nd year. We are confident that with our marketing strategies and with no direct competition, we can achieve this goal even earlier.
