High Plains Drilling is a start up company that will be registered as a limited liability company in the state of Wyoming. We will focus on the initial drilling of oil and gas well locations. The company drills and sets conductor pipe for the production rigs to set up on. We intend to diversify into drilling and setting surface pipe and eventually to complete wells. The area of operation will be southern Wyoming, northern Colorado, and eastern Utah initially, with future operations in Montana and Alaska as the drilling is projected to increase in those states.
