Description:
We are a start-up company in the hardware, home and garden, and construction sector. We have a new "green product" that will have wide appeal in these industries. We have buyers/retailers waiting for product. We need start-up capital to get product into the pipeline. We expect to have the product produced all or mostly in asia when the component parts are readily available, or can be made. Our work to this point has been in R&D and securing intellectual property rights.
