STAY AT HOME AND RECEIVE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF CARE. That is the basis of my company. It is a home health care business. I care for those who need help in her home. It is very difficult in the beginning. There are so many start-up costs. I am an RN and so many people need care in their homes. So many individuals DO NOT want to go to long-term care facilities. And I cannot blame them. The care provided in nursing homes is assembly line care. I technically began my business in september 2008 and I alreadt employ 15 people. It is simply so expensive. My largest account is privately paid. No insurance involved (ie medicare or blue cross). However, I did not want my company to be a company that only catered to the wealthy. while i wait for medicare to approve my certification there are many people I personally care for for free. I want everyone to get the medical care that they need, in a manner that protects their dignity. That is why i have begun this business. It has the potential to grow very fast. I just do not have the initial money to provide healthcare coverage, paid vacations and holidays to my employees. I am breaking the bank trying to do so.
