This business is a dream of mine that I've had since I was in the auto detail business right out of High School. What we offer is a one stop shop for those in need of an oil change for their car and a car wash at the same time. This is a full service car wash with people to vacuum, and clean the interior and exterior of our customers car. The customer also has the opportunity to sit in a waiting room that is a peaceful environment while their auto is serviced. There will be a room for the kids to sit and play and an area for mom or dad to just sit and read a book, or watch a little TV. There will be free coffee for all paying customers from our little coffee shop. This coffee shop will have the ability to serve up the basics in the coffee industry and some of the finer drinks. There is a prime location for this business and plenty of land on that location to build. What is needed is funding from an investor like yourself to get this dream underway.
