I'm building up a team that requires real estate investors. There are various reasons on how to work things out with them. Basically, I find houses that are underestimated or below market value and I introduce them to investors. Now the investor could either buy the house for himself and he'll be charged a finders fee according to the equity, or he could put the money down, I'll fix it and we'll split the profits when the house is sold.
