With New Construction and home sales completely down, the idea of investing in a construction company may seem like a larger than average risk. I understand that, but it will turn and when it does I will already have created an industry standard for my market area, the Twin Cities. I have been in New construction for 10 years, have a mass of networking and business relationships, and it's just a matter of time before my leading will develop a load of followers. The Twin Cities has always been an innovating area, especially in fields of medicine and electronics. We have a very large amount of fortune 500 companies like 3M, Wells fargo, Target, Best Buy, and Medtronic. However in terms of construction the Twin Cities have always been a strange industry. Monster companies like 84 Lumber
