Description:
I have developed a internet concept for the use of Real Estate Investors/Rehabbers/and distressed property owners.
This is a site where hard money lenders can search through a nationwide database of project/loan requests and choose which deals fit their criteria.
Funding seekers can take advantage of a one stop shop and compare offers from various lenders without spending hours "dialing for dollars."
