Description: Motion Picture Development Investment Summary $1,500,000 A unique opportunity now is available to invest in a motion picture that promises to be the next Box Office Record Breaker. SOPHIA STEWART, “MOTHER OF THE MATRIX” introduces the continuation of the Matrix Series: MATRX 4 THE EVOLUTION, the next installment of the film franchise that revolutionized the film industry with its epic special effects sequences, and unique concepts. Sophia Stewart, a talented writer has crafted this incredible concept and Signature Ventures has developed a detailed plan to bring her amazing tale to movie screens worldwide. A major funding source already has agreed in concept to finance 75% of the film’s production budget. This will be coupled with: an experienced director acceptable to Hollywood studios; a production team with a proven track record to manage a movie budget of more than $100 million with dazzling special effects, 3D animation and major acting talents; and a detailed development, marketing and promotion plan. A major U.S. studio will distribute the film worldwide. To complete the six-month development phase of the project an investment of $500,000 now is needed to: fund a full WGA high-budget script; develop detailed breakdowns and budgets; secure a director and key production personnel; cover travel and administrative costs; and support executive producer requirements. A First Round Investment overall need is $1,000,000 needed to fund: Pre-Production phase, book tour, additional support staff, marketing budget, and legal fees which comprise of SOPHIA STEWART; overall marketing effort towards her body of work. The investment has been structured as preferred debt, with the minimum investment amount set at $100,000. Each $100,000 will receive a return equal to 1% of the producers’ share of the film’s net profits. Development investments will be repaid in full, although without interest, from first draws of the picture’s production budget. Because the debt will have repayment and profit rights only against the film’s production funding, this development investment is only suitable for equity investors who are able to assume long-term risk, without repayment guarantee. While return on investment will be totally dependent on the success of the motion picture and the schedule for its release, a similar share of net profits from major blockbusters would have produced returns of more than $10 million. Due to the nature of the delicacy of the content involved with this body of confidential work disclosure agreements will be asked to be signed before any form of treatment or movie conceptual ideas will be released. The film will reintroduce the true meanings behind the Matrix series unanswered in the previous adaptations of the true body of work.
