Eight American Bistro was born out of a passion for enjoing clean, organic and artistically beautiful food. Heirloom recipes from heirloom food. We are currently a full service catering company looking to expand. Our specialties are in corporate events and weddings. My partner and I have over 32 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Working in the winery, upscale hotel, casino and restauarnt industries. We are looking for either full funding of our expansion project or semi funding to place a downpayment on a larger traditional commercial loan. We are looking to purchase a 2-story building in the R Street Corridor of downtown Sacramento, Ca. This is an up and coming location that has seen a major influx of retail, entertainment and residential in the past five years with more and more construction continuing in the area.
