Description: I would like to build humanitarian and infrastructure and industrial projects like power projects inclusive water & water power projects and dams, railways, airports, seaports, yacht ports, crude oil refinery, GTL (gas to liquid: like natural gas to diesel plant, etc.), BTL (bio-mass to liquid like bio-mass to diesel, kerosene, benzine / gasoline, bio-gas), vegetable oil refinery, roads, bridges, tunnels, high-rise building, hospital, luxury hotels and resorts, schools, university, housing and mass housing, chemical and petrochemical plants, waste to energy plants (municipal solid waste to diesel, electricity, ethanol, methanol, methane, hydrogen, fertilizer, etc.), plastic to diesel plants, recycling plants, stone to stone wool plants, waste tyres to diesel plants, cement plants, iron and steel plants, coal to diesel plants, biomass to diesel and hydrogen plants, bio-alcohol plants, bio-ethanol plants, bio-methanol plants, bio-methane plants, oxygen plants, fertilizer plants, telecommunications network, GSM network, banking network, low cost eco waste water treatment system, etc. - I have NOT any own capital and any bank guaranty. Therefore I am looking for seed capital, JVC, JV partner, venture investor, risk capital, silent partner, Islamic capital, private lender / investor, direct investor, leasing company, 100% financing, any kind of loan or capital which does NOT need any kind of guaranty. BOT (build, operate, transfer) and BOO (build, own, operate) are welcome. - Any amount from EURO 1 million up to 4 billion per project is welcome. First step is a seed capital to arrange the necessary governmental papers, approvals, to prepare feasibility study, etc. I can send a simple business plan or simple information about each project. Usually the governmental principals ask for a proof of fund to discuss about the projects. Therefore I need money or proof of fund from a well known bank or major company especially German banks, etc. - My general condition: I have NOT any own capital and any BG and any kind of guaranty and security. I am interested in any condition. I would like to discuss about any kind of loan, partnership, etc., and I could be also hired by a reliable powerful organisation. The money has to be transferred by any credible bank to my bank! The sender of the money has to send me an invoice and the copy of his passport which has to be confirmed by the bank. He should better visit the next German consulate to identify. The German consulate would contact me directly to inform me about the potential investor, lender. I would NOT accept any check! I would NOT pay any kind of fee in advance even 1 Cent! If necessary: Any kind of fee has to be paid by the lender or added to the loan or deducted from the loan! I would NOT go anywhere! If necessary the meeting is ONLY in Wiesbaden, Germany. Any kind of agreement could be signed and sent by internet, and if necessary the next German consulate would help the lenders, investors in many cases. Also local banks could help by their German correspondence banks. - I am NOT interested in any stock market! Therefore do NOT call me, please.
