Description:
Looking to build an 13,875 sq. ft. sports complex for basketball and volleyball. Current head college basketball coach with 21 years of experience with camps/clinics/tournament/leagues and private lessons. My partner has owned and operated a rec center for 12 years. Currently run my events in rented facilities and now have established a group of individuals with similar interests. Will be on 9.25 acres with a 10 year tax abatement from the city. Also on the property will be a 28,000 sq. ft. indoor turf field for soccer/football/baseball/softball as well as 40,000 sq. ft. of retail/commercial space. Local schools have ended all non-school related activities and forced out many groups and they are looking to find places to rent and have their events. Looking for debt equity or other financing. Willing to talk about many possibilities. Estimated conservative gross income for first year would be $300,000. Looking to break ground at the end of April for an Oct. 1st grand opening. Cost of the project in total is $700,000. If interested, contact me.
