We are a house-flipping company that is still chugging along in 2007, despite the near-elimination of the sub-prime mortgage market and the down-turn in real estate, overall. We flipped 46 homes in 2006 and have flipped 31 homes as of October 2007. We're down a bit, but still moving forward profitably and simply in need of additional capital sources to finance home purchases and improvements in this ever-tightening arena of available mortgage-money/venture capital. We have $2 million in current mortgage loans and clean credit. I have been in this line of work since graduating from college in 1994.
