Description: Protect Care of America LLC is a business looking to establish as a primary go-to option for Physicians, medical professionals, Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance companies who would benefit from real-time monitoring alert system which helps keep patients out of the ER and hospitals. Receiving a patient’s health information quickly could be the difference between life and (URL removed) today’s fast paced world, receiving essential vital information has just become even (URL removed)ient's Bluetooth enabled at home devices which send their own vital readings in real time via mobile app to their primary physician. How will this work? There are five devices – a mobile tablet, a scale, a blood pressure cuff, an O2 saturation monitor, fitness device, and a glucometer – which we will provide the patient. Vitals are relayed to a Dashboard developed by Protect Care of America LLC, which in turn transmits them to the physician's electronic medical records. An special alert designed by Protect Care will be activated if there there is an abnormality, such as, an elevated blood pressure. This alert notifies the primary physician and will also notify Protect Care’s home office, which is staffed with nurse practioners and physicians to make sure corrective care is initiated. Protect Cares home office serves as a backup for physicians possibly overloaded with a voluminous amount of alerts with abnormal vital signs that they can refer some or all of these alerts to Protect Care to ensure corrective care is initiated by communicating with the patient. Reports of what care was given are then sent electronically to the physicians. Protect Care’s system will help physicians manage quality of care for all of their patients and help with one of the biggest problems they face: non-compliant patients. Protect Cares is patent pending. The business is currently in discussions with health Insurance co. Currently Protect Care has approval from Florida Medicaid.
