THE CLEAN OUT GROUP, is a closeout company. We buy and sell hard/soft lines to chain stores in the US and abroad. We have enjoyed 5 years of steady growth and have come to the point of needing an equity partner. Basically, the company has grown to the point where it is bigger than we are, nice issue to have; however still an issue that needs to be addressed.
The initial invenstment would be 5 million. We are open to different ideas with-in investing, i.e. buy outs, buy ins, or debt bases investing, etc. We are looking or investors familiar with the garment and/or off-price business. And more importantly, we are looking for investors whom believe in us and are open to expanding our business in other industies once we have proved to be susseccful to you in this one.
