NVS Group handles purchases, renovations, and sales of 25k-100k single family residences in the middle TN area. Each investment oppurtunity is based on a unique property which is rehabbed over a period of three to six months, then sold over a period of one to two months. Each investor is established on a case by case basis, based on detailed reports provided by NVS for each target property prior to purchase. Property Reports include, but are not limited to: neighborhood sales statistics, Cash flow/cost analysis, estimated yields on investment, as well as overall risk assement.
