Our company lends hard money to real estate investors that are purchasing single family reidences & multi-family 1-4 unit buildings. We fund the loans in house then assign the mortgages to private mortgage investors and service the loans for the mortgage investors. We are a licensed Mortgage Lender in the state of florida and fully service these loans for the mortgage investors, so they dont have to do anything but collect a return on their investment every month.
