The Urban Project (TUP) develops urban infill sites following the LEED green building rating system.
Currently TUP is seeking funding for its next project-Founders Landing. This is a three phase $50+ million downtown waterfront real estate development in Marquette, MI. Phase I consists of beachfront residential rowhouses, Phase II is a 4-acre mixed-use site with a hotel, marina, retail, office and condos, and Phase III is a 50,000 SF office building with 20-30 multifamily units.
The parcels are currently under contract, units have been reserved in Phase I and tenants are reserving commerical spaces. TUP is seeking an equity partner to carry the project forward.
