I have a tourism industry business proposition. The idea is to run a submarine tour company in one of the world’s premier vacation destinations. As of now we are looking at Dubai or the Cook Islands as a place of operation. The initial investment will be about $550K to survey and purchase the required Vessels on the used market (submarine, support barge, and passenger transport boat). The second phase of the project is to refit and refurbish all 3 vessels to a like new condition (for safety and appearance). The refit investment is expected to range from $2-4M depending on vessel condition. The third phase is to transport the vessels to the final location. Shipping charges vary, expected to be less than $70K. The Final Phase is to open for business at a premier vacation destination. This adds up to a total investment $5M or less. This operation is expected to gross more than $1.5M per year
